But, serving up my long awaited next Mitch Rapp Book without the voices of George Guidall is like serving a hungry man dinner without a plate or silverware. I am so pleased that we are finally getting full unabridged versions of his earlier work. As I said, I love Vince Flynn's writing style and I love his development of the Mitch Rapp Series. I have no idea if Vince Flynn envisioned Rapp sounding like George Guidall, but once he did and once we all connected with the master spy, the partnership between the Flynn and Guidall was forged in the mind of the listener forever. Our familiarity with Rapp is encoded in the consistency of his behavior and in the sound of his voice. He is the man many of us wish we could be or would be if we could. As the character of Mitch Rapp has developed over the years, we have all become familiar with his pragmatic patriotic views of life. I consume his books like a hungry man waiting for his next meal. Vince Flynn is hands down one of my three favorite authors. Classic Flynn, but where is George Guidall
